Cala Llevadó, donne la possibilité de pratiquer des sports nautiques sur ses plages et profiter des nombreuses activités d’animation pour les enfants et adultes, avec plusieurs routes à pied ou avec MTB.

Cours de cuisine

CUISINE DE TOSSA:

Un cours de cuisine est organisé un après-midi par semaine. Deux cuisinières de Tossa enseignent la manière de préparer les plats les plus typiques de la cuisine de Tossa et de la cuisine Catalane : "cim i tomba", "calamars farcits i mandonguilles", "arròs de cabra", "arròs de paraigüero", "sípia amb pèsols", "mar i muntanya", "arròs negre", "fideus a la cassola", etc.

Les clients participent aux cours en mangeant les plats cuisinés et partagent leur table.

C'est une activité totalement gratuite pour tous nos clients.

Calamars farcits

INGREDIENTS .

50 gr toasted almonds
2 plain biscuits
1 piece of dark chocolate
1 apple
oil - salt – pepper
1 kg squid
1/2 kg minced beef
1/2 kg minced pork
2 eggs
3 onions

PREPARATION :

In a bowl put the minced meat. Clean the squid and mince it, and mix with the meat. Fry one small chopped onion and mix all adding salt and pepper.Chop the peeled apple and add to the mixture with the eggs, and mix well until all has blended together.
Prepare the biscuits, chocolate and toasted almonds, crushing altogether until well blended. When prepared add a quarter part to the mixture. Keep the rest to one side. Put a generous amount of oil in a frying pan and put on a medium heat. With the mixture make small balls coating in flour, and fry slowly. When cooked put to one side.
It's recommended that for better flavour the dish is prepared the day before eating. On the day, chop the 2 onions finely and fry slowly until very golden, adding a dash of water, wine or cognac. This softens the onion and stops it burning. Put the meat in the pan and cover with water. Let it cook slowly absorving the flavours for about 25 m. During this time add the rest of the mixture of biscuits,chocolate and almonds. Stir on a slow heat making sure the meat balls don't stick to the pan. Stir for about 20 m.
