Cooking courses
CUINA DE TOSSA: We hold a cooking course one afternoon a week. Two chefs from Tossa show how to prepare traditional dishes with specialities from Tossa and Catalan cuisine: "cim i tomba", "calamars farcits i mandonguilles", "arròs de cabra", "arròs de paraigüero", "sípia amb pèsols", "mar i muntanya", "arròs negre", "fideus a la cassola", etc. Clients participate sharing both tables and food.

Arròs de Cabra
INGREDIENTS .
1 crab ½ kg peas 1 onion rice tomato oil-salt
PREPARATION :
Put oil in a casserole dish and fry the crab (that has been cut into pieces) slowly. When cooked take out of the pan. Continue by frying finely cut onion and tomatoe and add the crab shell. When you have finished frying it till reduced, add the crab, peas and rice. Add two glasses of water for each glass of rice. Add salt to taste. Leave to cook for about 15 minutes, taking into account that there should be left some liquid in the rice.
