Cala Llevadó, Cala Llevadó offers the opportunity to practice watersports on its beaches, and has numerous entertaintment and activities for both adults and children, with many routes for wandering and MTB.

Cooking courses

CUINA DE TOSSA:

We hold a cooking course one afternoon a week. Two chefs from Tossa show how to prepare traditional dishes with specialities from Tossa and Catalan cuisine: "cim i tomba", "calamars farcits i mandonguilles", "arròs de cabra", "arròs de paraigüero", "sípia amb pèsols", "mar i muntanya", "arròs negre", "fideus a la cassola", etc.
Clients participate sharing both tables and food.

Cim i tomba

INGREDIENTS :         

4 pieces of monkfish
1 kg potatoes
1 large onion

PREPARATION :

Flour and salt the fish and fry in the oil. Take the fish out and put to one side. Strain the oil and in an earthenware bowl lightly fry the thinly slicedonion. When it starts to turn golden add a little water or white wine to taste,or fish stock if you have it, leaving it to simmer without boiling. When themixture starts to golden add the tomatoes.After add the peeled and chopped potatoes, followed by more water or stock untilthey are covered. When they are nearly cooked if needed add more stock.
While the potatoes are cooking make the "allioli" without mixing. When the pota-toes are almost cooked put the fish on top, move slowly and leave to simmer for5 minutes. Finaly remove from the heat when all ingredients are mixed together.
