Cooking courses
CUINA DE TOSSA: We hold a cooking course one afternoon a week. Two chefs from Tossa show how to prepare traditional dishes with specialities from Tossa and Catalan cuisine: "cim i tomba", "calamars farcits i mandonguilles", "arròs de cabra", "arròs de paraigüero", "sípia amb pèsols", "mar i muntanya", "arròs negre", "fideus a la cassola", etc. Clients participate sharing both tables and food.

Crema Catalana
PREPARATION :
2 stick of cinnamon 9 flat tablespoon cornflour skin of lemon2 litres milk 10 egg yolks 200 gr sugar INGREDIENTS :
Put egg yolks, sugar and milk, reserving a little milk to dilute the cornflour,in a saucepan and mix well. Strain finely and put to simmer. Add the finaly di-luted cornflour, lemon skin and cinnamon. Stir continously with a woodenspoon until it thickens. Put the mixture in smallflat bowls. When cold sprinkle with sugar and burn with special iron stick.
