Cooking courses
CUINA DE TOSSA: We hold a cooking course one afternoon a week. Two chefs from Tossa show how to prepare traditional dishes with specialities from Tossa and Catalan cuisine: "cim i tomba", "calamars farcits i mandonguilles", "arròs de cabra", "arròs de paraigüero", "sípia amb pèsols", "mar i muntanya", "arròs negre", "fideus a la cassola", etc. Clients participate sharing both tables and food. Bunyols de Bacallà
INGREDIENTS .
5 eggs 1/2 kg flour flaked cod 1 sachet baking powder pepper - mashed potato 1 litre milk 50 gr butter 3 cloves garlic (crushed) 1 sprig parsley
PREPARATION :
In a saucepan put the milk and butter to boil. When it's hot add the mashed potato and take off the heat. Stirring add the garlic, parsley and pepper, baking powder and eggs. Bind the mixture together with the flour and flaked cod. In a deep frying pan with hot oil put balls of the mixture to deep fry.
